TCI Acquisition Company, Inc

TCI Acquisition Company, Inc. ("the company" or “TCI”) (DBA TCI Entertainment) was formed in 2017 for the express purpose of conducting a private offering for acquiring certain patents, intellectual property, software, gaming software, and other technologies, in order to further develop and exploit these assets for the purpose of advancing the company’s revenues and profitability.

TCI identified certain patents and assets of a target gaming e-commerce company that was involved in a State Receivership. TCI management secured these assets in October 2020 with the approval of the Court, and finalized the acquisition in 2021. Since 2021 TCI has filed and received additional patents expanding it's patent portfolio and footprint within the game commerce space and is currently entering its architecture and development phase.

TCI is actively seeking opportunities to acquire additional companies and assets.
