A new report is hinting at Netflix’s gaming ambitions.
In its Q2 2021 earnings report, Netflix confirmed it will primarily focus on mobile gaming as they begin their push into gaming.
The company plans to expand on its interactivity projects like Black Mirror Bandersnatch & its Stranger Things games, at no additional cost to their subscribers.
“We view gaming as another new content category for us, similar to our expansion into original films, animation and unscripted TV,” the company said in a letter to its shareholders.
